White Owls Inc. ("the Company") recognizes the importance of customers’ personal information and complies with laws, regulations, and other guidelines regarding personal information. Article１ (Personal Information to be Obtained)

Article２ (Purpose of Use)
The Company may use acquired personal information for the following purposes. In addition, the Company may use acquired personal information within the scope permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations.

Article３ (Protection of Personal Information)
With respect to the protection of personal information, the Company shall implement appropriate organizational, physical, and technical measures to prevent divulgation, loss, or damage of personal information and take other necessary and appropriate measures for the management of personal information. Specifically, with respect to the management of information, the Company shall ensure the following
⑴ Ensuring the accuracy of information
The Company shall strive to ensure that the information provided by customers is always accurate and up-to-date.
⑵ Security control measures
The Company shall take technical precautions to prevent unauthorized access to or hacking of personal information by third parties. In addition, the Company shall train and instruct employees to prevent the loss, divulgation, or falsification of personal information, and implement systematic safety control measures.
⑶ Determination of contractors
When outsourcing the handling of personal information to an outside contractor, the Company shall ensure that the contractor takes technical precautions to prevent unauthorized access to or hacking of personal information by third parties, and that the contractor implements systematic security control measures to prevent loss, divulgation, or falsification of personal information by its employees. Article４ (Retention Period)
The Company shall set a retention period for the personal information it acquires, and shall destroy the information after the retention period ends. Even within the retention period, the Company shall promptly dispose of the information when it is no longer needed.
Article５ (Transfer of Personal Information)
You agree that the Company may store and process the personal information on servers in countries or regions other than your country of residence, and that the personal information may be handled in accordance with laws and regulations different from those of your country of residence.
Article６ (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

Article７ (Disclosure, Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
１ Customers may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their own personal information by contacting the Company's contact listed in Article 9, except in the following cases. However, if the customer requests correction or deletion of personal information, the Company may be forced to suspend the services provided to the customer as a result.
⑴ When the identity of the customer cannot be confirmed
⑵ When the agent's authority of representation cannot be verified
⑶ When the customer does not follow the prescribed procedures set forth by the Company and the procedures are incomplete
⑷ When the customer does not pay the prescribed fee as determined by the Company
⑸ When there is a risk of harm to the rights and property of the Company, the customer or other third parties
⑹ When there is a risk that it may interfere with the proper conduct of our business
⑺ When it would violate other laws and regulations.
２ Personal information obtained by the Company through procedures for disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information shall be used for the purposes of investigation for such procedures, identification of the customer and representative, collection of fees, and response to the request.
Article８ (Improvement of Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall conduct inspections of our handling of personal information, management systems, and shall continually improve and review them.

Article10 (Privacy Policy Changes)
１ The Company may change all or part of Privacy Policy without prior notice to you.
２ If the Company changes this Privacy Policy, it shall promptly announce such changes to the public, and the changes to Privacy Policy shall become effective at the time of the announcement.
３ If you use our products and services after the effective date of any changes to Privacy Policy, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms of the revised Privacy Policy.

株式会社White Owls（以下「当社」といいます。）は、お客様の個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報に関する法令その他ガイドライン等を遵守します。また、当社で取り扱う個人情報の取得・利用・管理を適正に行うため、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本プライバシーポリシー」といいます。）を定め、これに従います。
第1条（取得する個人情報）

２ 当社の商品及びサービスにおいては、お客様のソーシャルメディアのアカウントとの連携を要する場合があり、お客様がアカウントを連携したことをもって、お客様は、当社がお客様のソーシャルメディアのアカウントの提供者と情報を共有することを認め、かつ、共有した情報が、当該ソーシャルメディアのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されることについて承諾したものとします。
第2条（利用目的）
当社は、取得した個人情報を以下の各号の目的で利用することがあります。また、当社は、取得した個人情報を個人情報保護法その他の法令により許容される範囲内において、利用することがあります。

第３条（個人情報の保護）
当社は、個人情報の保護に関して、組織的、物理的、技術的に適切な対策を実施し、個人情報の漏洩、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の個人情報の管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講ずるものとします。具体的には、情報の管理について、以下の各号を徹底します。

お客様から提供された情報については、常に正確かつ最新の情報となるよう努めるものとします。
⑵安全管理措置
当社は、第三者による個人情報への不正アクセス、ハッキングなどが生じないよう、技術的予防に努めるものとします。また、当社の従業員による個人情報の紛失、漏洩、改ざんが生じないよう教育指導し組織的な安全管理措置を実施します。
⑶委託先の決定
当社は、個人情報の取扱いを外部に委託する場合、委託先が第三者により個人情報への不正アクセス、ハッキングなどが生じないよう技術的予防を努めているか、委託先が従業員による個人情報の紛失、漏洩、改ざんが生じないよう教育指導し組織的な安全管理措置を実施しているかについて慎重な検討を行い、適切な委託先を決定するものとします。
第４条（保存期間）
当社は、取得した個人情報については、保存期間を設定し、保存期間終了後は廃棄します。また、保存期間内であっても、不要となった場合には速やかに廃棄します。
第５条（個人情報の移転）
お客様は、当社が、取得した個人情報を、お客様がお住まいの国以外の国又は地域におけるサーバーで保存及び処理することがあること、お客様の居住国とは異なる法令に基づいて個人情報が取り扱われる可能性があることについて同意します。
第６条（第三者提供）
当社は、個人情報に関する法令その他ガイドライン等で許容される場合を除き、お客様の同意に基づき取得した個人情報を、事前の同意なく第三者に提供しないものとします。
第７条（個人情報の開示、訂正、削除）
１ お客様は、第９条記載の当社のお問い合わせ先に対し連絡することで、以下の各号の場合を除き、自己の個人情報の開示、訂正、削除を求めることができるものとします。ただし、個人情報の訂正、削除を求める場合は、これにより当社がお客様に提供していたサービスを停止せざるを得ないときがあります。
⑴ お客様本人であることが確認できない場合
⑵ 代理人の代理権が確認できない場合
⑶ お客様が当社の定める所定の手続に従わず、手続に不備がある場合
⑷ お客様が当社の定める所定の手数料を支払わない場合
⑸ 当社、お客様その他の第三者の権利及び財産を害するおそれがある場合
⑹ 当社の業務の適正な実施に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
⑺ 他の法令に違反することとなる場合
２ 個人情報の開示、訂正、削除に関する手続により当社が取得した個人情報は、当該手続のための調査、お客様本人及び代理人の確認、手数料の徴収、請求に対する回答に利用します。
第８条（個人情報の取扱いの改善）
当社は、個人情報の取扱い、管理体制及び取組みに関する点検を実施し、継続的に改善、見直しを行います。

第10条（本プライバシーポリシーの変更）
１ 当社は、お客様に事前の通知をすることなく、本プライバシーポリシーの全部又は一部を変更することができるものとします。
２ 当社が本プライバシーポリシーを変更した場合、速やかにこれを公表するものとし、本プライバシーポリシーの変更の効力は公表の時点から生じるものとします。
３ 本プライバシーポリシーの変更の効力が生じた時点より後にお客様が当社の製品及びサービスを利用した場合、お客様は、変更後の本プライバシーポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなします。
